Michael Prize

Presented biennially, this prize was originally set up in 1963 to stimulate epilepsy research among young scientists in Germany. It is now one of the most highly regarded international awards for the best contribution to scientific and clinical research which promote further development in epileptology.

The award will be acknowledged during the Welcome Ceremony on Saturday, September 2, and the winning paper will be presented during the Awards Symposium on Saturday, September 2 from 14:30 to 15:00 in Room H1.
